Circumstances
Bell was living in Spokane, Washington with his wife of one month and working for a carnival, Rainier Shows. He lived in a 1974 Ford Econoline van with Washington license plate EQA-043. On March 2, 1983 he drove to Tacoma to speak with his employer about a work detail in Vancouver, Washington, and was last seen leaving Tacoma for Vancouver. He never arrived and has never been heard from again. His van is also missing. He has a round birthmark or scar on the top of his right wrist and wears prescription eyeglasses.
