Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month 2023

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us of the importance of prioritizing our mental health and providing support to those in need. We should also acknowledge the mental health challenges many active military & #veterans face and work to provide them with resources and support. Reach out and check in. Communicate and simply talk to a neighbor or a friend. You may never know what the battles someone else is struggling with. We should also be aware of the link between mental health and missing persons cases. Many individuals who go missing may be experiencing mental health issues. This includes people with #depression, dementia, or schizophrenia, who are at a higher risk of becoming missing, wandering and getting lost. By working #together and supporting one another, we can improve mental health and prevent tragedies. Be there for others. SPREAD AWARENESS & MAKE AN #IMPACT! We all have the ability to change a life with just 1 conversation……….
