Circumstances
Mendoza was last seen in Oakdale, California on July 18, 2008. He told his family he was going to Tijuana, Mexico to visit family and was driving a white 1995 Chevrolet Lumina with California license plate 3LEC902. He has a scar on his right elbow and was wearing a brown beaded necklace with a cross. He has never been heard from again. His case remains unsolved.
