Berry was last seen in Blanca, Colorado on February 14, 2007. He left his residence at about 9:00 a.m. to visit an acquaintance in a rural area of Costilla County and has never been heard from again. His roommate later told acquaintances that Berry had been shot during an argument at the acquaintance’s home and that he was forced at gunpoint to help dispose of the body, but authorities have not located Berry’s remains or identified the man the roommate described. Berry wore his hair in dreadlocks and had a peace symbol tattooed on each forearm and the outline of a marijuana leaf tattooed on his shoulder. Foul play is suspected. His case remains unsolved.
