Circumstances
Salinas was last seen in Stamford, Connecticut on November 25, 2022. He was seen at about 11:45 a.m. and spoke with a friend by phone at about 7:00 p.m. that day. He was apparently driving an older brown 1997 Chevrolet Blazer with New York license plate GPR2750. His niece reported him missing on January 14, 2023. Salinas has a scar on his left forearm, a partial tattoo on his left wrist, a thick mustache, and is partially balding. His credit card was reportedly used in Poughkeepsie, New York in December 2022 by two unknown men. His case remains unsolved.
