Vanessa was last seen at her home in Ansonia, Connecticut on November 29, 2019, where she lived with her mother, Christine Holloway. On December 2, police conducting a welfare check found Holloway beaten to death in the home, and Vanessa was gone. Her father, Jose Morales, was later convicted of Holloway’s murder but has not been charged in Vanessa’s disappearance, and authorities believe she may still be alive. Her case remains unsolved.
