Circumstances
Peckham was reported missing from her home in Baroda, Michigan on July 20, 1976, after her husband returned home from work and found her gone. All of her belongings were found left at the residence, with no indication she had planned to leave. Before her disappearance, a suspicious white 1969 Plymouth sedan had been seen parked outside the residence. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a seagull image and cutoff shorts with studs on them. Her maiden name was Elmore. Her case remains unsolved.
