Norris was last seen at her sister’s home in Miami, Florida at about 4:00 p.m. on September 11, 2019, when she said she was walking to a nearby convenience store. She never returned. She has severe cataracts that impair her vision, uses a black and red walker, and was wearing a long black wig. Foul play is believed to be involved. Her case remains unsolved.
