Akins was last seen at her daughter’s residence in Fernwood, Idaho on September 29, 2012. She had recently moved to the area from Issaquah, Washington. She was wearing a gray t-shirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers, and was driving a black Nissan Pathfinder with Washington license plates. She has a tattoo of a butterfly on her lower back and scars on her forehead, and she may use the last names Fry, Stull and/or Woolworth. She has never been heard from again.
