Cooke was last seen in Georgetown, Texas on the morning of January 10, 2002, during her daily four-mile run in the Northlake subdivision, about 100 to 200 yards from her parents’ home. She never returned, and all of her personal belongings were left behind. Witnesses reported a late-model white or blue sports car with stripes along the hood and trunk in the area, whose driver was seen speaking to another jogger. Foul play is suspected. Her case remains unsolved.
