Tracy was last seen at the Alex Acres Trailer Park off Pennsylvania Route 147 at 10:00 p.m. on August 5, 1989, where she had tried to visit her sister and brother-in-law and left a barbecue grill and coupons on their step. Her blue-striped white 1971 Mercury Comet was found the next evening in the town square in Millersburg, Pennsylvania, and parts of her wallet were found along Wiconisco Creek in 1993. Authorities believe she was abducted, probably by someone she knew. Her case remains unsolved.
