Circumstances
Ray left the home of the person he was staying with in his vehicle, which was reportedly in very poor running condition. A short time later the vehicle was found abandoned with his cell phone left on the seat. He has had no social media activity and has not contacted family or friends since. Ray is originally from Alabama and may have been intending to head back there. He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a star and the word ‘Loyalty’, and wore his hair in shoulder-length or short dreadlocks with a short goatee. His case remains unsolved.
