Douglas was last seen in Albany, Georgia on January 24, 1997. He was seen leaving a nightclub, the House of Jazz, in a gray 1994 Mazda Protege with Georgia license plate TLW 374; the vehicle was reported stolen in Tift County and has never been recovered.
