Rodriguez was last seen at about 7:00 p.m. on October 20, 1999 in the 800 block of Bonita Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, a few blocks from her home. She had gone to a neighbor’s house to play, was sent home because it was getting late, played outside alone for about fifteen minutes, and then left on her bike. She never returned home. She spoke Spanish and limited English, and her fingernails were painted green. Her case remains unsolved.
