Robert Carl Befort

Befort, a mechanic and musician known as Bob or Biker Bob, was last seen in Silver Springs, Nevada on July 21, 2000. A note left behind said he had health problems and suggested funeral arrangements. He was last seen driving a green 1969 Chevrolet Corvette with Nevada license plate 655KHU; the car was later reported stolen and has never been located. He may have been seen at a pawn shop in Fallon, Nevada in March 2001, but that sighting was never confirmed. Authorities believe Befort may have been the victim of a homicide and have an out of state person of interest who has not been publicly identified. He has a sixteen inch surgical scar along his spine, a surgical scar on his abdomen, and tattoos including a girl on his upper left arm and the words LIVE TO RIDE on his upper right arm. His case remains unsolved.
