Noah was last seen in San Bruno, California at about 7:00 p.m. on May 1, 2007, leaving his home to pick up a fare for his private car service, E-Limousine Services. He did not say who he was picking up or where, and he has never been heard from again. His black 2007 Lincoln Town Car has not been located; it had no license plates but carried the transportation carrier permit number TCP 18525 on the back bumper. He was wearing a black suit and white shirt, and his cell phone and credit cards have not been used since that day. Noah, whose nickname is Mike, is of Korean descent and may spell his last name “Noh.” His case remains unsolved.
